Life Skills for Overeaters

This popular 6-session class covers many of the missing life skills that many people who struggle with overeating need to learn in order to eat "normally," and end the diet-binge-diet cycle. If you are a person who seems to have it all together but you to eat when you are not hungry and have difficulty stopping eating when you have had enough, this class may provide you with exactly the skills you need to overcome overeating and love your life again.

In this course, we will cover the causes, symptoms and treatment options for dysregulated eating. The classes will be recorded and made available to those who sign up but are unable to attend the live session.
